Care and Support

Here are services offered by a range of organisations and council services to help you to maintain independence at home, or if you look after a relative, friend or neighbour who needs support because of sickness, age or disability. These include home based support and personal care, residential and nursing homes and community based services. The organisations will provide information, advice and guidance, practical or financial support.
